1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Addy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not subscribe to or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Addy is a subscription-based mobile application designed to help individuals with ADHD manage their daily lives through:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly planning tools
• Unlimited AI-powered planning assistance
• Calendar synchronization
• Planning and mindfulness sessions
• Focus tracking and insights
• Screen time management features

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Available Plans

3.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase

4. Free Trial and Promotional Offers

• Any free trial or promotional period will be specified at the time of subscription
• If you cancel during a free trial period, you will lose access to the Service at the end of the trial period
• Promotional pricing is valid only for the specified period and will convert to regular pricing upon renewal

5. Auto-Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• You will be charged the applicable subscription fee to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You acknowledge and agree that Apple may charge your payment method for the renewal period
• To cancel your subscription, you must turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for the current billing period after cancellation

6.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy
• If you are eligible for a refund, you must request it through Apple's standard refund process
• We do not provide direct refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store
• Refund requests must be made within the timeframe specified by Apple's refund policy

6.3 Chargebacks

• If you dispute a charge through your payment provider, your subscription may be immediately suspended
• We reserve the right to terminate your account if you initiate a chargeback

7. Account Responsibilities

7.1 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

7.2 Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to subscribe
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

8. Use of Service

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• The Addy name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Addy

• We strive to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF THIRD PARTIES ON THE SERVICE
• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS
• ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE

14.3 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ADDY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ADDY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Calendar). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

• Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service
